Objective | Enjoy learning new skills and improving on old ones with professional tuition. The Saturday Sailing Club is about having fun, making friends, improving sailing skills and making inroads up the sailing ladder! |
Location | SailCork's base at East Ferry near Cobh in Cork Harbour, with sheltered and safe waters suitable for sailing in all weather. Full facilities including a chartroom for briefings, changing rooms and easy access to the water for dinghies. |
Equipment Included | Boats. Buoyancy aid. Wetsuit available for hire if required. |
What to bring | 1. Plenty of warm clothes, hat + change of clothes in a named bag. |
Meals | Bring a healthy snack and drink for mid session break. Pack food in a hard plastic box as often picnic lunch is in a scenic location. |
Syllabus | Sessions can use any part of the ISA Small Sailing Boat Scheme syllabus and are tailor made to your requirments, under the expert tuition of SailCork instructors. |
