This course is about consolidating and practicing your skills. The course takes place under the careful and expert tuition of Eddie English and the SailCork instructors in the safe and sheltered water of East Ferry.

Objective | By the end of this course you will have a safe, competent, practical approach to dinghy sailing and should be capable of solo sailing in moderate conditions. |
Location | SailCork's base at East Ferry near Cobh in Cork Harbour, with sheltered and safe waters suitable for sailing in all weather. Full facilities including a chartroom for briefings, changing rooms and easy access to the water for dinghies. |
Equipment Included | Boat. Buoyancy aid. Wetsuit available for hire if required. |
What to bring | Plenty of warm clothes, Waterproofs, change of clothes in a named bag. |
Meals | Bring a packed lunch and healthy snack and drink for mid morning. |
Syllabus | Developing the skills and knowledge required to sail in most conditions and preparation for the specialist courses ahead. |
