Having spent nearly 30 years with our base on the waterfront
in the town centre of Cobh we have kept pace with the times
and expanded to a number of locations for our courses - with
our main home base at East Ferry Marina in Cobh. We
have our offices in Cobh run by our customer services manager
Jo English. Our contact details remain the same and
we have invested in the most up to date office technology
to improve the communication with customers.
We run shorebased courses at the Royal Cork Yacht
Club and East Ferry in Cobh (As well as other locations
from time to time) Classes are in warm comfortable surroundings
with bar and coffee facilities on hand. We have a very special
expertise in this area having run shorebased courses since
the late 1970's and we have over two thousand happy graduates
from our shorebased courses.
Our main Cork Harbour base is at East Ferry Marina
with the excellent shorebased facilities - good berths alongside,
showers and changing rooms and of course the Marlogue Inn
- good food and drink in beautiful surroundings - great to
enjoy a drink on the patio watching the comings and goings
afloat. This has to be the most tranquil setting for any marina
in northern Europe.
We run shorebased courses, dinghy sailing courses, powerboat
courses and cruiser courses at East Ferry.
We use two main bases for our cruiser courses. Our Kinsale
base is at the Trident Marina with the Fishermans Wharf Bar
ashore.
Our Powerboating courses are run from four locations. Our
main base at East Ferry Marina in Cobh, the Royal Cork Yacht
Club in Crosshaven, and Baltimore and Crookhaven
in West Cork.
