Lots of good fun, great sailing in warm winds and swimming in turquoise waters with some great scuba diving spots. From our base at Grenada, we will cruise North to many of the islands, rocks, cays, reefs and islets that make up the Grenadines. The island chain spans about 50 miles north to south in length and offers a superb world class cruising area. Sail aboard our superb boat - the Dufour Grand Large 560 - in the Trade Winds and warm waters and visit up to 3 different destinations each day. Enjoy the "old" unspoilt Caribbean. The highlight must be our visit to the uninhabited Tobago Cays with their palm fringed gloden beaches sitting in azure blue pools on the edge of the Atlantic. Visit Carricau, Bequia, Canouan, Mayreau, Union Island, Palm Island and of course the amazing Tobago Cays - a new anchorage every day! Great food aboard and ashore and Caribbean music all the way! this note of thanks is a little tardy so apologies.
As a business just want to say you guys look after your customers and everything was well thought out and very well planned.
Food always excellent, can't wait for the Sailcork Cookbook, I am sure its an art planning food in a challenging environment.
The training was exceptional, from theory classes to the practical side, for me it's amazing you can take someone with no knowledge and no confidence, put them through a program and give them them the required knowledge, skills and confidence to sail.
..... and in doing so find that difficult balance between a social activity that also requires vigilance safety and security.
I have done many courses (work and pleasure) I can honestly say I learned the most and at so many levels from Sailcork, we are the better for your long and valuable service in Cork.
