The ISA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate certifies a recreational sailors ability to skipper a sailing yacht under sail and auxiliary motor on coastal and offshore passages during daylight and at night. The certificate is endorsed for recreational use by the Department of Transport Tourism and Sport.
